Our in-mould assemblies are constructed by our qualified and renowned assembly creators in Germany in 2D/3D and manufactured with the latest CNC machines.

We place great importance on quality.

Our company aim is to meet our clients’ individual requirements and demands through expertise and broad experience.

Due to our long-standing experience and close collaboration with our tool construction partners, we are able to cover the entire realisation process from your idea, to the planning, construction, tool construction and the production of the series.

On request, we can also offer injection molds from China.

Our partner in China is a German engineer with years of experience in mold making.

In Germany, you are supported by a competent master toolmaker. In subsequent amendments or any repairs, all data are available. Thus, the tools can be easily serviced and overhauled in Germany.

Quickstrip – does not leave any trace

The company K&T Kunststofftechnologie Germany opted for the DME Quick Strip combined with a DME Hot Runner system, to produce a 2 cavity pill box mold.
